Goodnight Desdemona, Good Morning Juliet by Ann-Marie MacDonald

Jan. 25 - Feb. 17, 2019

Produced by United Players of Vancouver

A young English literature professor from Queen's University believes that Othello and Romeo and Juliet, were intended as comedies. She fantasizes a journey into her unconscious mind, and finds herself lost in the two Shakespearian tragedies. With the help of Desdemona and Juliet she seeks the lost wise fool, and the truth of herself.

Danielle Klaudt is very cute as lusty, hotblooded Juliet, in love with her own melodramatic idea of death.
